Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This policy explains what Avery Landrum ("we") collects when you use the Agozi iPhone and iPad app ("Agozi").
Agozi is a private vault for the links, images, notes, and voice notes you choose to keep. Other Agozi users cannot see your saves. We do not sell your information. We do not use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Account information
When you create an account we store an account identifier, the email address you use to sign up, and the name you choose to show in the app. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple provides an identifier and, if you allow it, your name and email. That email may be a private relay address from Apple.
Saved content
We store the links, notes, titles, descriptions, categories, subcategories, and tags you save.
Photos
We store images you take or choose to save. They stay in your private vault.
Audio
We store voice notes you record. When a voice note is organized, we also store the transcript the model returns.
Purchase information
Apple processes subscription payments. We store whether your plan is Free, a trial, or Pro, the product identifier, and when access ends. We never receive your card number.
Usage data
We store how many AI-assisted saves and Ask AGOZI questions you have used in the current period, so the allowances can be applied. We also store the questions you ask and the answers, in your account, so you can read them again.
Diagnostics
Agozi does not include a third-party crash or analytics SDK, and the app does not send a diagnostics profile to us. If you choose to share crash logs with Apple in iOS settings, those logs are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
How we use this information
We use it to keep your vault and show it back to you, to organize a save or answer Ask AGOZI when you ask, to apply plan limits and subscriptions, and to delete your data when you ask us to.
AI providers
When you save something, Agozi organizes it until this month's AI saves are used up. That text, image, or audio — or a question in Ask AGOZI — is sent to our server and then to the model provider configured for Agozi. The default provider is Google (Gemini). The owner of this app can switch that provider to OpenAI in server configuration. The app itself does not contain the provider's API key.
Ask AGOZI searches your own saves first. Only your question and the closest matching saves are sent to the model. If nothing matches, the model is not asked to answer, and you see a short message that nothing in your vault matched.
Once this month's AI saves are used up, further saves are stored without calling the model. Creating an embedding so a later question can find the item does not count as an AI save.
Service providers
- Supabase hosts accounts, the database, and private file storage.
- The configured AI provider (Google, or OpenAI if the owner switches) processes the content of AI actions.
- RevenueCat and Apple handle subscriptions.
Retention and deletion
An item stays until you delete it. Settings, then Delete account, removes your profile, saves, photos, voice notes, questions, and sign-in account. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel that in iPhone Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.
Children
Agozi is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
