Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Avery Landrum for the Agozi app.
The service
Agozi lets you save links, images, notes, and voice notes, organize them, and ask questions about what you saved. Ask AGOZI answers from your own saves. It is not a general-purpose chatbot.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you save. You give us permission to store it and, when you use an AI feature, to process that item or question with the configured model provider so Agozi can do what you asked.
Acceptable use
Do not use Agozi to break the law, or to store content you do not have the right to keep.
Subscriptions
Agozi Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold by Apple through In-App Purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You manage and cancel the subscription in iPhone Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.
- If Apple offers a free trial, any unused part of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where Apple applies that rule.
- The price, currency, and trial length are the ones Apple shows on the purchase sheet in the app. Agozi does not display a different price.
- Pro allowances refresh on a monthly period, including when you pay annually.
- Deleting your Agozi account does not cancel the Apple subscription.
Apple's Standard EULA
Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA) also applies to Agozi when you download it from the App Store. These terms sit alongside that EULA. They do not replace it.
Free plan
You can always save. Organizing a save with AI, and Ask AGOZI, have monthly allowances. The numbers in effect are shown in the app and can be changed by the app owner on the server without a new App Store version.
AI results
Titles, tags, transcripts, and answers can be wrong. Read them before you rely on them. If Ask AGOZI cannot find a matching save, it says so instead of guessing from the open web.
Ending use
You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend an account that abuses the service.
