Restore a subscription
On the iPhone or iPad where you bought Agozi Pro, open Settings, then Restore Purchases. The same button is on the Pro plans screen.
Cancel
Open iPhone Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Agozi Pro, then Cancel. Canceling stops the next renewal. Access continues until the period you already paid for ends.
Delete your account
In Agozi, open Settings, tap Delete account, then type DELETE. This removes your account, saved items, photos, and voice notes from Agozi. It does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Sign-in
Use the same email and password you created, or Sign in with Apple with the same Apple ID.
What we cannot see
Your vault is private to your account. Email us if a save failed or a subscription did not unlock. Do not send passwords.
What is Agozi?
Agozi is a private place to save links, images, notes, and voice notes, then find them later. The line on the App Store is "Save today. Remember tomorrow."
What can I save?
A link, a photo from your camera or library, a written note, or a voice note up to 90 seconds. You can add a title, description, category, tags, and a favorite. Saving is always unlimited. Organizing with AI uses a monthly allowance.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free includes unlimited saves, categories, and tags, plus 25 AI saves a month. Pro raises that to 300 AI saves, adds more Ask AGOZI questions, and unlocks subcategories. The exact numbers are shown in Settings. If you leave Pro, subcategories you already created stay. You just cannot create new ones.
How do AI saves work?
Every save is organized automatically — a title, description, category, and tags — until this month's AI saves are used up. Free includes 25 and Pro includes 300. A voice note can also get a transcript. Each organized save uses one AI save. If the model fails, the allowance is returned. After the allowance is used up, saves still go through without organizing. Free accounts can upgrade for a higher allowance.
What is Ask AGOZI?
Ask a question in your own words, such as "Pull up all my recipes." Agozi searches only your saves and answers from the closest matches. If nothing matches, you get a short note that it could not find it. Each question uses one Ask, including when nothing matches.
How long is the free trial, and what does it include?
When Apple offers one, the trial is 7 days of Pro. During the trial you get the Pro allowances for that window. The trial length and price after the trial are shown by Apple on the purchase sheet.
How much does Pro cost?
The app shows the price from the App Store at the time you subscribe. It is not typed into the app. There is a monthly plan and an annual plan. The annual plan still refreshes AI allowances every month.
How do I cancel?
Open iPhone Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Agozi Pro. Agozi cannot cancel an Apple subscription from inside the app.
How do I restore purchases?
Open Agozi Settings, then Restore Purchases, on the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. The same button is on the Pro plans screen.
How do I delete my account?
Settings, Delete account, then type DELETE. This deletes your data and files from Agozi. Cancel the Apple subscription separately if you still have one.
Who can see what I save?
Only you, through your account. There is no public profile, no sharing feed, and no way for another Agozi user to browse your vault. Files are stored in a private bucket.
Does Agozi work offline?
You can read saves that have already loaded on this device, including pictures and voice notes that were cached. Saving something new, asking a question, and buying Pro need a connection. The app says so when you are offline.
